Spinach Tortellini Soup

I just love this recipe because its EASY, its CHEAP, its FAST, and its HEALTHY.  Oh yeah, and its really, really, GOOD!  Does it get any better than that?


SPINACH TORTELLINI SOUP
Sauté:
1 onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
olive oil
Simmer with:
1 large can chicken broth
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes w/ Italian seasoning (or without)
1 package frozen, chopped spinach, drained & thawed
Add:
1 lb package frozen cheese tortellini
with at least 10 minutes of cooking time.
Serve with garlic bread or breadsticks for dunking.  Yum!
