Dressing:
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 cup sugar
Mix until sugar dissolves.
3 heads Romain Lettuce
1/2 large onion
1 large head of broccoli
Sauté 1/4 cup butter, 1 cup pecans, 1 package crunched-up Ramen noodles (remove flavoring pack) until light brown. Drain on paper towels.
Toss all together just before serving.
Yes, I do consider this a healthy recipe. It has lettuce and broccoli. Enjoy!
