This meme started with the above commercial, and is based on his closing line - "I don't always drink beer, but when I do, I prefer Dos Equis." Many of the modifications are still done with his picture, but others have Photoshopped heads on them. Most will follow the basic format of "I don't always...but when I do...".
Just had to include this one. It has nerd written all over it.
Just be careful when they learn to open doors...
