Kaden: Another Year Older

You may remember a little interview I conducted with a little friend of mine a little over a year ago.  Okay, maybe it was a lot over a year ago.

Anyway, Mindy and I thought it would be fun to check back with him and see how he has grown and changed since my last interrogation.

Name: Kaden
Age: 5
Occupation: Big Brother/ Assistant Farmer

Stephanie:  What do you do?
Kaden:  Play with Jordan

Stephanie: What do you play with Jordyn?
Kaden:  Running over big legos.

Stephanie: Do you still spend time with Gary*?
Kaden:  no (doesn't remember Gary)
*Gary was Kaden's imaginary friend.




Stephanie: What do you think of your little sister?
Kaden:  CUTE!  Fun.

Stephanie: Why do you like Jordyn?
Kaden: Cause I like to play with her a lot.   And she's really fun.

Stephanie: What do you like about preschool?
Kaden:   Playing wif all da cool stuff and new stuff.  Like the train set about Thomas.  


Stephanie: Do you have jobs at preschool?
Kaden: Lots of jobs!


Stephanie: Which job is your favorite?
Kaden: Line leader, bunny feeder.

Stephanie:  Who are your friends at preschool?
Kaden:  All the kids in preschool.  Excep fer when dare being naughty to me and dey think i did bad stuff.

Stephanie:  What is your favorite toy?
Kaden:  Da cocanut tree at preschool.  Ya put wetters on it and and you take a couple more fings, and you get to hang it on the middle.  At school we have a little play dat we hafta say our letters and jump off the stage, but we do the whole act of the cocanut tree.

Stephanie: What is your favorite color?
Kaden:  Green.  Every color in the world excep fer black.  I wike  WEALLY bright red.

Stephanie:  How do you help your mom?
Kaden: Clean. I help my mom cwean da dishes.

Stephanie:  What is your favorite food?
Kaden: A turkey sandwich and Ramen noodles.  And a peanut butter and jewy.

Stephanie: Can you tell me about your tractors.
Kaden: Um...no.

Stephanie: Which tractor is your favorite?
Kaden: Every one!  Ecep fer da red ones.

Stephanie: What did you do for Valentine's Day?
Kaden: Give balentines out to my frens at school which where candy.  We gave dad  REALLY BIG and two really small balentine cards with candy on it.

Stephanie: What do you want to be when you grow up?
Kaden: A farmer.  That person who finds bones... a paleontologist.
